At the beginning of the new year, the production enterprises in Xiajin County are fully engaged in order, production, market expansion and order grabbing, striving to achieve a good start in the first quarter. The local government continuously encourages enterprises to innovate in science and technology, implements equipment core replacement, production line replacement, and product replacement, and revitalizes and empowers industrial clusters with technological innovation to ensure a stable and successful start to economic development.

The cotton textile industry is a traditional industry in Xiajin, in order to adapt to the development of the textile industry under the new situation. Xiajin actively guides enterprises to upgrade through technological transformation, digital empowerment and greening. The total investment of more than 20 enterprises in the county exceeded 3 billion yuan, more than 2000 sets of new equipment were installed, the new production capacity was 700000 spindles, the industrial equipment renewal rate was more than 40%, the imported equipment in the new and technologically modified enterprises was more than 50%, the labor cost was saved more than 70%, and the electricity consumption per ton of yarn was saved more than 10%.

Xiajin County actively carries out the action of "technical transformation and transformation of 100 enterprises", and drives enterprises on the chain to carry out intelligent transformation and promote the digital transformation of traditional industries through "proofing" of industrial chain demonstration enterprises. At the same time, we will help enterprises actively explore international markets such as Japan and South Korea, Southeast Asia, New Zealand, etc., go to sea by industry and region, do everything possible to help enterprises expand the market, grab orders, boost enterprises to resume production and achieve full production efficiency, and make every effort to promote a "good start" in the first quarter.

At present, of the 167 industrial enterprises above the designated size in Xiajin County, all have returned to work and production, including 16 enterprises that did not stop production during the Spring Festival and 151 enterprises that returned to work and production after the Spring Festival. In the first quarter, the total industrial output value above designated size of the county is expected to reach 5.9 billion yuan, with a growth rate of 3.5%, the growth rate of added value is more than 10%, and the industrial economy has achieved both quantity and quality improvement.
