On November 22, after two days of intense competition, the 2024 national industry vocational skills competition - the national final of the national textile industry "Jingwei West Spinning Cup" spinner (spinning machine operator) vocational skills competition ended brilliantly.
73 contestants from 14 provinces (cities, autonomous regions) in China entered the final. After intense competition and strict evaluation, the top 30 contestants in China stood out. Among them, Wang Lili of Xi'an Textile Group won the first place in the national finals with a prize of 10000 yuan; The prize for the 2-3 winners of the national finals is 8000 yuan, and the prize for the 4-6 winners of the national finals is 7000 yuan. The top six prizes are supported by the Textile Light Science and Technology Education Foundation. Wenshang Ruyi Technology Textile Co., Ltd. Zhao Mana won the first place in the single item award of the project of "spinning joint of leather roller", and Wang Lili also won the first place in the single item award of the project of "changing roving in the forward wearing method". Jing Shenquan said that with the improvement of the overall equipment level of the industry, the intelligence and automation level of spinning equipment has been constantly improved. The application of new technology and equipment such as thick and thin networking, spinning single spindle monitoring, compact spinning, and new automatic winder has constantly changed the requirements for spinning operation, and the operation method of the industry has also been constantly improved. This is a new challenge to the production management of enterprises, and also a new challenge to front-line operators. In addition to superb operating skills, the new generation of operators also need to have knowledge of quality management, digital applications, equipment management and other aspects. Operators need to constantly learn new knowledge and skills.
