According to Suihua Daily: Recently, reporters learned from the conference on promoting the high-quality development of the deep processing industry of agricultural products in Heilongjiang Province that last year, there were 17 hemp textile enterprises above designated size in our city, achieving a revenue of 1.77 billion yuan, ranking first in the province in terms of the number and scale of enterprises.

The main products produced by these enterprises are flax yarn, hemp yarn, polyester viscose cloth, hemp fiber, etc., which are sold to many provinces (cities) in China and exported to Italy, Spain, Portugal, India and other countries. At present, the city's flax textile production enterprises have designed and processed 140000 spindles of yarn, 27 million meters of flax cloth and 9950 tons of hemp fiber every year, ranking first in the province and accounting for one eighth of the country's total production capacity.
