The financial center will also build the China ASEAN cross-border RMB settlement center, serve the financial reform along the border, set up the Chongzuo international commodity exchange, set up an international trading platform for the pillar industries such as manganese ore, rare earth and sugar in Chongzuo, and set up a small and micro loan exchange to support the enterprises.

According to customs statistics, in 2013, China's imports and exports to ASEAN amounted to 443 billion 600 million US dollars, while Guangxi accounted for only US $15 billion 910 million, of which Chongzuo accounted for 10 billion 280 million US dollars. With the general tightening of the national foreign trade situation, Chongzuo's geographical advantages in ASEAN will be further reflected in the future economic and trade activities.
