It only needs to log in the system to input any number of HS codes, product name keywords and other information, then it can query whether the product is included in the early harvest of ECFA.

ECFA intelligent inspection and application service system of origin policy is hanged on the website of Fujian inspection and Quarantine Bureau (website: http://www.fjciq.gov.cn/). It mainly provides functions of ECFA preferential tariff rate, ECFA origin policy inquiry, and online consultation service for both sides of the Strait.
Based on the humanization consideration, the system is divided into two versions: Simplified Chinese and traditional Chinese.
The modules of the system are fully functional, which can better meet the public's need to inquire about the origin policy of ECFA.
Among them, the ECFA preferential tax rate inquiry function includes four modules: the ECFA preferential tax rate and the product specific origin rule query, the ECFA preferential tax rate and the product specific origin query, the mainland HS coding and name query, the Taiwan HS code and the name query, and the ECFA origin policy inquiry function, including the ECFA preferential policy inquiry, the ECFA visa request query, the ECFA visa form download and ECFA product display module, and the online consultation service function, including two modules of user message and common problems.
At the same time, the system also provides ECFA visa document query function for visa agencies.
