Two . Statutory inspection report

Inspection time and place

One . Imported

( One ) After the arrival of the goods, the consignee must register with the commodity inspection authority at the unloading port or the customs declaration place, and the commodity inspection authority shall affix "accepted" on the customs declaration form. At the same time, the consignee must also report the inspection to the commodity inspection authority within the prescribed inspection place and time limit.

( Six ) The consignees shall, in the foreign economic and trade contracts, undertake pre inspection, supervision or supervision before shipment, and retain the final inspection and the right of claim after the arrival of the goods.
