As the chief data officer of Guangdong Garment Industry Association, I visited two demonstration enterprises of digital transformation and intelligent upgrading in Shaxi, Zhongshan: Jinding Intelligent Manufacturing and Yuanyi Intelligent Manufacturing at the "Shaxi Fashion in Tidal Bay Area" event held by the Association at Shaxi branch of Guangdong Fashion Week in autumn, I deeply felt the far-reaching impact of Shaxi Town's implementation of digital transformation and intelligent upgrading project on the clothing industry. The successful practice of Shaxi clothing enterprises shows the "electric vehicle moment" of the clothing industry. The comprehensive application of digital technology, automation equipment and artificial intelligence technology has driven the process upgrading, productivity improvement and product quality improvement of the clothing industry.
