Local Projects: 400000 T / A Nylon 66 Project Settled In Fuyang With A Total Investment Of 4.1 Billion Yuan

On August 24, Liu Yujie, deputy secretary of Fuyang municipal Party committee and mayor, held a working meeting with the main responsible person of yingweida (China) Investment Co., Ltd. in Shanghai. The two sides decided to carry out strategic cooperation and build the whole industrial chain of high-end chemical new material nylon 66 in Fuyang, And witnessed the signing of the project of cooperation between Anhui Haoyuan chemical group and contex (Shanghai) Chemical Engineering Co., Ltd.

Anhui Haoyuan Chemical Group will cooperate with yingweida and Kangtai company to build a 400000 T / a nylon 66 continuous polymerization production line. The total investment of the project is planned to be 4.1 billion yuan, and the annual sales revenue will be more than 11 billion yuan after the project is completed and put into operation.

After many experiments, American chemist Carothers has explored nylon 66, which has similar appearance and luster to natural silk, but also has high strength and wear resistance. In 1938, the R & D achievements of Carlos were officially granted a patent. In 1939, DuPont began to produce nylon 66 at the world's first nylon production plant in Delaware. Because of its high temperature resistance, hydrolysis resistance, wear resistance, good flame retardancy and moderate density, it is widely used in engineering plastics, industrial fibers and civil fibers.

NVIDIA is a global manufacturer of chemical intermediates, polymers and fibers. In 2004, Koch Industries Group acquired NVIDIA (formerly DuPont textile and interior decoration materials) from DuPont, providing nylon 66 series products, special chemical intermediates and proprietary technology licenses.
