According to the profit distribution plan of 2018 in the year of orange science and technology, the cash dividend of the company is 5 million 130 thousand and 600 yuan. According to the 2018 profit distribution plan of Hengsheng village bank, the company can get a cash dividend of 1 million 89 thousand yuan.
In May 23rd, the company received 5 million 130 thousand and 600 yuan from the orange technology dividend, and in April 21, 2019, the company received 1 million 89 thousand yuan from the Hengsheng village bank. Li Jie, an analyst at Everbright Securities, said that the income side of the wedding bird has slowed down since 2012, and 2013-2016 years continued to adjust. In 2018, its revenue has maintained nearly 20% growth and has continued to improve. We still need to pay attention to the changes in the demand side.
It is reported that in the first quarter of m2019, the news birds achieved 771 million yuan in business revenue, an increase of 4.67% over the previous year, and a net profit of 91 million 194 thousand and 700 yuan attributable to shareholders of listed companies, an increase of 159.18% over the same period. The net profit attributable to shareholders of listed companies after deducting non recurring gains and losses was 66 million 906 thousand and 400 yuan, up 178.11% over the same period last year; and the basic earnings per share were 0.07 yuan.
In addition, the net profit of the listed companies in the first half of 2019 is estimated to be 98 million 475 thousand and 300 yuan -11817.03 million yuan, an increase of 150%-200% compared with the same period last year, mainly due to the sales growth of HAZZYS (Haggis) and Bao bird brand. The government subsidy increased this year compared with the same period last year. Compared with the same period of last year, there was no equity incentive equity payment, but the terminal network cost, brand promotion cost and labor cost increased from the same period last year.
