In November 2015, approved by the people's Government of Humen Town, the Humen Exhibition Center was invested by the industrial enterprises of the Humen group, including the exhibition hall, performance hall and supporting parking lot. The area of the project is about 42969 square meters, with a total investment of about 70 million yuan.

1. The basic situation of the exhibition hall

The exhibition hall has a total investment of about 35 million yuan, covering an area of about 10495 square meters. It is designed with modernist architectural style. The main body is steel frame structure, and the facade is mainly perforated metal plates.

The exhibition hall has an indoor exhibition area of about 10000 square meters, which can provide more than 500 standard stalls.

The project started construction in January 26, 2016 and is expected to be completed by the end of October.

Two, the basic situation of Performance Hall

The exhibition hall has a total investment of about 22 million yuan and covers an area of about 2892 square meters. It adopts modernist architectural style and the facade is mainly perforated metal sheet materials.

The interior of the performance hall is decorated with professional architectural acoustics, and equipped with professional stage lighting, sound and LED display equipment. The T steel stage can be flexibly disassembled, and the indoor can accommodate 960 people at the same time. It can be used for large meetings and costumes.

The project started construction in February 27, 2016 and is expected to be completed by the end of October.

Three, the basic situation of supporting parking lots.

The supporting parking lot is a garden type parking lot, and there are road roads connected to the exhibition hall and Performance Hall. The total investment is about 4 million 700 thousand yuan, covering an area of about 18142 square meters. It is estimated that there will be 660 parking spaces.

The project is being publicized by tenders. It was opened in October 24th and implemented.
