China Textile Engineering Society is an important part of the China Textile Industry Federation's joint fleet. In the past five years, the China Textile Engineering Society has focused on the central task of the textile industry, focusing on the service of science and technology workers, with the construction of the Institute as the main body, constantly improving its service innovation, serving the society and the government, serving the scientific and technological workers, and developing its own capabilities. It has made great achievements in such aspects as member development, academic exchange, organizational construction, periodical publishing, technology research and development center, personnel training and recommendation, service enterprises, and undertaking government functions, and has made due contributions to improving the independent innovation ability of our textile industry and promoting the scientific and technological progress of the textile industry.

Wang Tiankai pointed out that the China Textile Engineering Society must inherit and carry forward the good traditions, clarify its responsibilities and tasks more clearly, make clear the direction of development, innovate the development mode, unite with the local textile engineering society, and guide the Specialized Committee to serve the members, textile science and technology workers and textile enterprises.

At the same time, it is also hoped that the China Textile Engineering Society will further strengthen its own construction, enhance its cohesive force, strengthen its interaction and cooperation with various professional associations, serve the discipline construction of textile engineering and the scientific and technological progress of the industry, and strive to build the Chinese textile engineering society into an international benchmarking Institute with first-class management, first-class level and first-class service.

Chang Jianming, executive vice chairman of the China Textile Engineering Society, made a "report on the work of the twenty-fourth Council" to the general assembly. Yin Naidong, Secretary General of the China Textile Engineering Society, made a report on the revision of the association's constitution and the twenty-fourth financial report of the Council.

The General Assembly elected 198 members of the twenty-fifth board of directors, and convened the first meeting of the twenty-fifth Council of the China Textile Engineering Society. The meeting voted to adopt the "twenty-fourth Council's work report", "revised regulations of the China Textile Engineering Society" and "twenty-fourth Council financial report", and elected the executive directors, the secretary general, the vice chairman and the chairman of the twenty-fifth Council.

Sun Ruizhe said that in addition to the regular and pioneering work of the previous Council, the 25 Council recommended new breakthroughs in the following aspects:

First, set up an inter disciplinary, cross disciplinary and cross disciplinary society to serve the innovation of the textile industry and serve the training and discovery of interdisciplinary talents.

At present, a consensus has been reached with the China Fashion Color Association to set up a consortium of "textile cross-border innovation alliance".

Welcome qualified professional associations and provincial and municipal societies to join this alliance.

Two, actively, steadily and orderly undertake the pfer of government functions.

There should be substantial progress in the accreditation of textile engineering education. Project evaluation, scientific and technological achievements appraisal, talent evaluation, vocational qualification accreditation, and standard setting work should be carried out in the early stage and started.

At the same time, enhance the academic and technological leading position of Specialized Committee in the professional field.

We should give full play to the Specialized Committee's ability to serve the market and enterprises in project evaluation, project application and academic exchange.

Three, form a new pattern of "big platform and development" membership.

In accordance with the requirements of the Association for the development of membership in the society, we should learn to speed up the establishment of cooperation with local associations and strengthen the management and service functions of members.

Four, strengthen the construction of science popularization information and enhance the scientific quality of the whole industry.

We should set up a scientific communication expert team in various fields to carry out national, innovative and exemplary science popularization activities and form a popular science brand of textile science.

Five, expand the public service of science and technology and talents, and strengthen the construction of continuing education and training system in textile industry.

Six, improve the recognition and reward system, and further improve the talent selection and reward system.

Seven, strengthen self building and enhance the cohesive force and service ability of the society.

After the end of the twenty-fifth National Congress of the China Textile Engineering Society, the first meeting of the twenty-fifth standing director of the China Textile Engineering Society was held.

The meeting examined 2015 Chinese textile academic awards and academic leaders, technical leaders, the results of the review, the evaluation results of the "2015" China Youth Textile Technology Award, the declaration to the China Association for science and technology to declare the "youth talent lifting project", the China Textile Engineering Society's "13th Five-Year" career development plan (2016-2020) and the nomination of the twenty-fifth Council of the China Textile Engineering Society.
