At the same time, the municipal roads, greening and other related facilities will also be constructed synchronously. The first phase of tigang precision machinery manufacturing project is expected to be put into operation in October.

It is understood that the total investment of the project is 120 million yuan, the land scale is 112.3 mu, and the project planning and construction of the factory building, dormitory and administrative office area is 27 thousand square meters, which is divided into two phases.

It mainly produces all kinds of precision CNC machine tools, rubber plastic CNC machine tools and peripherals, electronic special equipment, testing instruments, moulds and non-metal products moulds. At the same time, it sells products produced by the company, and provides after-sales service and import and export business.

After the project is put into operation, it is estimated that the annual output value will reach 200 million yuan and the annual tax rate will be 10 million yuan.

It is worth mentioning that the two phase of the project is under planning and design. It is expected that the design of the blueprint will be completed by the end of the year, and an office building, two buildings and a dormitory building will be built, covering an area of about 45 mu.
