At the beginning of the project, some group members' knowledge of spinning frame principle and mechanism is still blank, let alone spinning frame. In order not to affect the progress of the project, they spent all day looking through the spinning machine data, documents and periodicals, and searching related academic papers online. In practice, the first problem to be solved is the mechanical structure of the spinning frame. The traditional spinning frame adopts spindle drive system, such as spindle, roll plate, spindle belt, etc. the intelligent electric spindle spinning machine eliminates the above parts on the premise of ensuring transmission stability, reducing yarn breakage and improving production efficiency.
