As of June 30, 2013, Anta's turnover decreased by 14.4% to 3 billion 370 million yuan (in the first half of 2012: RMB 3 billion 930 million), and the profit attributable to shareholders fell 18.7% to RMB 625 million 700 thousand yuan (the first half of 2012: RMB 769 million 600 thousand yuan), and the basic earnings per share were RMB 25.09 (2012 first half of the year: RMB 30.86).

The board recommended that the interim dividend be 19 cents per share (mid 2012: HK $23), and dividends will account for 60.2% of the profits attributable to shareholders.

In order to maintain the sustainable development of distribution network, Anta will continue to integrate shops with unsatisfactory positions or the lease expires. It is expected that the total number of Anta stores in China, including sporting life series, children's sporting goods stores and FILA stores, will be maintained at 7600 to 7700, 800 to 850 and 350 to 400 by the end of 2013, respectively.

At the same time, Anta will also optimize all forms of retailer shops, enhance store image and operational efficiency, help retailers to maintain competitiveness and achieve long-term profitability.
