Take needle bar height as the benchmark.

The needle bar height positioning is very important in the debugging of sewing equipment. It is an important parameter in the use and maintenance of sewing equipment. Many debugging work is based on it. If its positioning is very large, it will affect the debugging work of the hook line, feeding and picking line, so as to interfere with the timing of the whole machine movement.

Whether the height is reasonable or not will directly affect the coordination of the formation of the wire loop and the feeding mechanism of the hook line mechanism and the thread picking mechanism.

The reasonable height of needle bar should be determined according to different types of machine, such as orientation, location, location and reasoning.

Under the normal position of needle bar height, debugging and positioning work should be carried out according to the standards set by corresponding aircraft.

Failure is also necessary under the control of relevant standards, so as not to confuse the relationship, so that maintenance work to make a detour.

It is also not invariable. If the machine is suitable for some special sewing materials, such as special sewing materials or special sewing threads, it is feasible to raise or lower the needle bar height appropriately, supplemented by the coordination of hook, feed, thread picking and other institutions to solve some faults, but the amplitude of the upper and lower parts should be controlled within a certain range.

Alignment of two eyes (points)

In a sewing machine with thread hooks, such as sewing machine and sewing machine, alignment of thread hook eye and straight needle eye is an important reference relationship in the debugging of sewing equipment. If we can grasp this relationship, the machine will be very good in general use.

(2) when on the double needle sewing machine, when the tip of the bending needle is in line with the right side of the left needle, if the height B is the same as the height C at the back, it indicates that the time between the needle and the bending needle is matched correctly (with the alignment characteristics of two eyes).

Note: the needle bar height is B=C. The upper end of the pointer rod is at the same height from the lower end of the needle bar sleeve or the needle bar from the lower sleeve of the needle bar.

(3) in single and double stitches.

A straight needle rises from the bottom dead point. When the hook is aligned with the center of the straight needle, the hook eye is aligned with the straight eye. The straight needle descends from the upper dead point to the curved needle that comes back from the rear, and the straight needle eye is aligned with the curved eye.
