Several Common Silk Fabrics

Silk fabrics are plain and plain woven fabrics made of plain or plain weave.

Warp plus weak twist, weft silk without twisting or weak twisting.

Silk fabrics are characterized by fine, smooth and neat silk.

1, taffeta

Taffeta is a high quality silk fabric, which is made of pure silk knitted silk fabric.

Usually raw silk is made from 22.2/24.4dtex and woven by plain weave.

According to different hue or organizational change, it can be divided into Sutav silk, Spartan taffeta, Getav silk, taffeta and so on.

(1) Sutav silk: Although the color of silk is a kind of fabric, it is not degumming and dyed with raw silk, but instead of degumming and dyeing. After that, the silk is dyed and dyed. Then it is a single colored, ripe warp knitted fabric made of ripening weft. Although there is no obvious difference in appearance and dyed raw silk, the formation process is quite different.

(2) blinking taffeta: with different colors of longitude and latitude, dark shade, light color or white weft are used to form the sparking effect of fabric.

(3) taffeta: similar to the yarn dyed cotton fabric, the warp and weft threads are used in both shallow and deep colors to form a lattice effect.

(4) taffeta: it is made of satin with ground plain taffeta.

Because the density of taffeta is large, silk is smooth and flat, and it is not easy to stain. The unique silk sounding of silk is particularly evident on taffeta.

But the fabric should not fold and press, otherwise it will crease easily, and the marks are not easy to press.

Therefore, the flat taffeta is used for drum packing.

Taffeta can be used for senior dress and banquet.

2, Tian Xiang silk

Tianxiang silk is a plain woven jacquard made of silk and sticky silk.

The raw silk used in warp line is 22.2/24.4dtex, the weft line is 133.3dtex light sticky filament, the weft pattern is weft Satin Flower, the weft has 2~3 colors, and the flower pattern is small and medium scattered flowers all over the ground.

The silk is smooth, with bright bright flowers on the front, and dark patterns on the reverse.

3. Dug spun silk

The flowers are made of silk.

Plain woven jacquard knitted fabric interwoven with sticky silk.

The twisting thread of two raw silk is used for warp silk, and the 133.3dtex is light sticky filament for weft yarn.

The duffled silk is also emplaced with prominent colored small flowers in the satin pattern. This flower is made with special small bamboo shuttle, which is meticulously manually dug around, making the three-dimensional sense of silk pattern design greatly enhanced, more vivid and beautiful, with the style of Su embroidery.

The disadvantage is that it is not resistant to washing.
