The AQSIQ announced today (March 24th) the quality announcement of the spot checks on leather shoes, saying that in order to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of consumers and promote the healthy development of footwear industry, the AQSIQ organized the national supervision and spot checks on the quality of leather shoes.

A total of 90 products produced by 90 enterprises in 8 provinces and municipalities in Zhejiang, Fujian, Guangdong, Sichuan, Shandong, Chongqing, Jiangsu, Shanghai and other provinces (including no export products) were surveyed, and the qualified rate of physical samples was 98.2%.

According to the inspection, according to the requirements of the QB/T1002-2005 "leather shoes" standard, 10 items, including the sensory quality of the leather shoes, the peel strength of the bottom, the strength of the upper shoe, the folding resistance of the shoes, the wearability of the sole, the heel binding force, the hardness of the bottom heel, the hardness of the sole, the bending rigidity and the marking of the hook, were tested.

The results of spot checks show that, first, the quality awareness of enterprises has been promoted through the state supervision and spot checks, and the quality management has been strengthened. The single curvature coincidence rate of hook bending stiffness, bottom wear resistance, heel binding strength, shoe pull strength and shoe sole hardness of the forming sole reaches 100%. Two, there are 7 kinds of national inspection free products and 2 kinds of Chinese famous brand products, the qualified rate of physical quality sampling of products is 100%, three is the large scale production enterprises with higher market share, the quality of products is better, and all items are up to the requirements of national standards.

The main quality problems found in spot checks are that the folding resistance of individual products is not up to standard.

The folding resistance is an index to evaluate whether the shoe sole and the side of the shoe are easy to break or crack. It directly reflects the flexure and flexibility of the sole of the leather shoes, and is the comprehensive quality index of the wearing life of leather shoes.

QB/T1002-2005 "leather shoes" standard stipulates that the folding resistance of leather shoes should be less than 30mm, and the new cracks should be less than 5.0mm after folding, and should not exceed three.

In the spot checks, there are individual products with fracture resistance length of 72.6mm, exceeding the requirements stipulated in the standard limit value.

The peel strength of individual products is not qualified.

Peel strength is an important index for evaluating the adhesion strength of leather shoes to the sole and sole. The products with low adhesive strength may produce glue during the wearing and storing process, thus affecting the appearance and quality of the whole shoes.

QB/T1002-2005 "leather shoes" stipulates that the peel strength of leather shoes is not less than 40N/cm.

In the spot checks, the peel strength of individual products is 24N/cm, which does not meet the requirements of the standard minimum value.

Among them, the quality of Dan Li Si PU leather shoes and Ssha Ba Nina's cow face women's leather boots were found to be of poor quality.

In accordance with the main quality problems found in spot checks, AQSIQ has instructed all departments in charge of quality and technology supervision to deal with the enterprises with unqualified product quality in accordance with the law of product quality law and other relevant laws and regulations.

At the same time, we should increase publicity efforts and guide consumption in the enterprises with good quality in spot checks.
