The production base of Jiujiang is good.

"After the new year this year, we added a production line to the production base in Jiujiang, Jiangxi, and recruited nearly 100 people. Now there are about 300 employees, and the recruitment situation is better than that in Ningbo."

"I am a skilled worker. The income gap between clothing companies in Jiujiang and Fujian is about three hundred or four hundred yuan, but there are 3000 yuan a month. I can go home sooner or later, take a day off at weekends, and ride a bike for more than half an hour on my way to work. I choose to work here, so I can take care of my home and do not have to catch up with the Spring Festival every year."

Wang Jinhong introduced that in Jiujiang's work, the company will provide meals and accommodation free of charge. There are also factories and buses to pick up and go to work. There will be a wage of working age, and the first year will be able to get a wage of about 800 yuan.

These measures are quite attractive in Jiujiang's local enterprises.

As early as 2006, the group started looking for the right production base in the central and western regions. Finally, it chose to build a production base of 150 million yuan in the manufacturing industrial zone of Pengze, Jiujiang, Jiangxi province. The first phase of the project was built on the basis of the Pearl River shirt base. At present, it has the capacity to produce 3 million shirts per year, and 90% of the staff are local people.

Now, the two phase of the project has been started, and 1000 people will be able to get jobs after completion.

While there were more than 1000 workers in the factory in Ningbo, and only 50 of them didn't come back to work in the new year's Eve. After the Lantern Festival, they were all on duty.

Wang Jinhong disclosed that the scale of production on this side of Ningbo has remained largely the same now. It will no longer expand. If more orders are left behind in the future, more production will depend on the Jiujiang production base. So this year, the enterprises did not participate in the Ningbo local recruitment meeting.

Early built base, early taste "sweetness"

Bo Yang Group has not recruited first-line operators in Ningbo local recruitment in recent years.
