Has the purchasing power really recovered? Don't be too quick to make a conclusion, because CNNMoney reports that although the year-end shopping season is not over yet, the American people's return list has begun to approach retailers.
National Retail Federation (NRF) estimated last week that the US consumer holiday this year.

The total return will reach US $46 billion 280 million, which accounts for about 10% of the total consumption.
Whether or not the size is inconsistent, the product does not match expectations, or even simply dislikes, American retailers offer a 30 day refund service.
NRF pointed out that even a large number of commodities had been exposed before being unsealed this year.

This may be a record breaking sequel to this year's "black Friday" and "online shopping Monday".
"High sales usually bring a high return rate," said Kathy Grannis, a spokesman for the association.
WSL Strategic Retail consultant Candace Corlett, a consumer research firm, explains that some consumers return goods because they enjoy renewed and lower discounts. Besides, online shopping providers offer free shipping and return services, which stimulates the return rate.
NRF previously estimated that the year-end peak shopping season (11-12 months) sales will grow by 3.8% to 469 billion 100 million dollars this year.
