REDA 2011 Green Art Graphic Design Competition Held Successfully In Beijing

China, Beijing, along with the REDA 2011 "green imagination, free bloom" - the green art graphic design competition awards ceremony was held in Beijing, and the REDA green fashion project is perfect today.

Six students from the famous International Design Institute of Beijing Institute Of Fashion Technology, Raffles International College, with unique creative perspectives, ingenuity design concepts, exquisite production techniques and various forms of art, arouse people's awareness of environmental protection. They get rid of the one or two and three awards from more than 100 students.



The purpose of this competition is to use REDA exquisite fabric as a design carrier, create a perfect fusion of green environmental protection and fashion creativity, presenting sustainable development "green art" works.

REDA's encouragement and support to China's most potential young designers and the attention and enthusiasm of Beijing Institute Of Fashion Technology Raffles International College for environmental protection have made this remarkable cooperation again.



Mr. Ercole Botto Poala, who has come from REDA headquarters to attend the award ceremony, said: "we hope that in this competition, we can convey the idea of" green art "through the creative design and elaborate production of our students, and use REDA high-quality fabrics to advocate and arouse public awareness of environmental protection.

Like every exquisite REDA fabric, we believe that the creative works of our classmates will also become the perfect endorsement of classics and fashion.

At the same time, we should enhance our awareness of environmental protection in an atmosphere of interaction and freedom.



In the past two and a half months, the students at Beijing Institute Of Fashion Technology Raffles International College have given full play to their design talents and creative inspiration. They used green concepts, REDA fabrics and sustainable development environmental materials to compete for creativity, and achieved outstanding works of natural, fresh and distinctive.

These exciting works, including the use of REDA fabrics and other environmentally-friendly materials to show the scarred mother earth, in order to arouse people's attention to environmental protection; through the new interpretation of the word "REDA" - focus on emission reduction (Reduce), education (Education), development and innovation (Development) and all participation (All People), advocate the concept of "environmental protection, universal participation"; and the use of high-tech two-dimensional code technology, through smart phones, to visit the website specially designed for this event http://www.studentsatelier.com/ reda.

In addition, the first prize winner, from Kelvin Wenas, who is a multi-media design major, will go to visit REDA headquarters in Italy in the second half of this year, so as to further understand the real meaning of "Italy manufacturing" and a long history of a family based fabric production enterprise.

Other winners will also receive generous prizes from REDA.

All entries will be displayed on -10 July 8th at the BAB pan visual space on the four floor of block N2, North VILLAGE, Sanlitun, Beijing.



Mr. Ercole Botto Poala, chief executive officer and managing director of REDA, Professor Vincent Rondia, Dean of the International College of Raffles, Beijing Institute Of Fashion Technology, Mr. Li Ruinong, deputy editor in chief of the China Environment newspaper, deputy director of the publicity and education center of the Ministry of environmental protection of China, former Hongying Ying Sheng, Miss Jiang Ling, a well-known designer of men's clothing, teachers and students of Beijing Institute Of Fashion Technology International College of Raffles, and representatives of REDA's customers attended the award ceremony.



Headquartered in the District of Italy, the four generation of the family has been committed to the production of REDA for the world's high-end garment brand.
