Reporter: please give a brief introduction to the history of synthetic leather.
Zhang Hongjie: Wenzhou Achang synthetic leather Co., Ltd. was founded in November 2001, and became the first synthetic leather enterprise in Wenzhou coastal park in 2002.
The company is a foreign-funded enterprise. It is a "high-tech enterprise" recognized by the state.
At present, the company has 2 dry 3 wet synthetic leather production lines manufactured by Taiwan Jitian company, and has advanced post-processing equipment. It mainly produces luggage leather, male shoe leather, female shoe leather, trademark leather and color changing leather.
Reporter: please introduce Zhang Chang's synthetic leather and joint technology.
Zhang Hongjie: in February 2007, three companies of Wenzhou Achang synthetic leather Co., Ltd., Jinjiang Fujian Huayuan Fiber Co., Ltd. and Shishi Li Heng weaving and dyeing Co., Ltd. jointly established joint technology in Hongkong in the form of joint participation.
Among them, Fujian Huayuan Fiber Co., Ltd. is mainly engaged in automobile leather and shoe leather. At present, automobile leather has been supplied to brand cars such as Geely and BYD.
At the end of 2008, during the most severe period of the international financial crisis, China Joint Technology Holdings Limited successfully landed on the main board of the Korean stock exchange, becoming the first Chinese enterprise to enter the main board market of the Korean exchange, and the first overseas enterprise to issue the original stock in the main board market of the Korean exchange.
In South Korea, as long as joint technology is introduced, Korean shareholders generally know.
Relatively speaking, his popularity in Korea is even higher than in China.
Reporter: there are more than 110 synthetic leather enterprises in Wenzhou. As the first person to eat crabs, Ao Chang chose to go abroad for listing. How did you consider it? What changes did the listing bring to the enterprise?
Zhang Hongjie: the decision-makers of enterprises need not be confused by the immediate situation and the local situation. They must have a long-term vision and make long-term plans. Only in this way can the stable development of enterprises be ensured.
The reason why we choose to go public is also for the long-term development of the company.

With the listing of the company, our understanding of the industry has also changed. From the small company to the public company, from the smallholder thought to the modern economic thinking, from the financial norm to the docking with the market, this process is painful, but we believe that the future of the enterprise is bright.
Especially after the listing of enterprises, it has brought great benefits to the brand effect of enterprises.
At the same time, the listed companies require standardized management. For this reason, the company has established a complete set of procurement, logistics, manufacturing, sales and quality management systems, and computer control technology has been widely used in production and management.
At the same time, enterprises need to be open and pparent in accepting government relations and social problems. But because of openness and pparency, enterprises have won many prerequisites for their peers. For example, most leather factories in Fujian are facing the problem of stopping production and reducing production. However, Fujian Huayuan Fiber Co., which is under joint technology, is still able to produce normally.
At present, the form of business management is very good. Because of the listing relationship, the order volume has increased a lot, and the output is more than 80 thousand meters per day.
At the same time, it can guarantee higher gross profit rate than other industries, for example, at present, the gross profit of the products of orchang synthetic leather is at least 18%.
35% of them are exported, and 50% of them are exported through Korea.
Reporter: what do you think of the future development of synthetic leather industry, such as the most popular water-based synthetic leather at present?
Zhang Hongjie: first of all, China's synthetic leather industry is facing the problem of rising costs.
At present, China's synthetic leather industry has experienced more than 20 years of development, and has gradually left the situation of low labor force, and is facing the problem of gradually rising labor costs.
For example, compared with Vietnam, the average labor wage of Vietnam is less than 100 dollars.
At the same time, the price of raw materials is also rising, and the price pressure of downstream products on synthetic leather products is high. This requires enterprises to continuously improve their processes, reduce costs from other ways, but at the same time ensure quality.
For this reason, every year, the company will invest 3% of its annual profit in the research and development of new products and the improvement of its quality.
Compared with the 5% R & D investment in Europe and the United States, this investment is not high, but in China, this data is not small.
Innovation has vitality, and R & D is more durable.
Second, environmental issues related to the future development of the whole industry.
From the point of view of environmental protection technology and market, the development of synthetic leather in the future will show the trend of "three carriages", that is, waterborne synthetic leather, solventless synthetic leather and TPU synthetic leather.
Although the development of domestic waterborne synthetic leather has been put forward for several years in the most popular water based synthetic leather in China, many substantial progress has been made, such as the strong combination of Dow and Hong Deli in June.
But at present, water-based synthetic leather still has some limitations, such as hand feeling and quality. At the same time, we need to continue to grope for equipment manufacturing, selection of auxiliaries and personnel training. The whole industry needs to be mature and mass production. But water-based synthetic leather is an inevitable trend in the future.
Reporter: what is the future development plan of synthetic leather (CEC)?
Zhang Hongjie: there are three basic elements for the sustainable development of enterprises: 1. Technological innovation of enterprises.
If enterprises want to develop for a long time and serve the society, they will rely on excellent products.
II. Management innovation of enterprises.
To achieve greater benefits, management is crucial.
Third, enterprise culture innovation.
Corporate culture is a concept of value that guides the whole enterprise system with values.
Enterprises should have a sense of hardship. Shareholders should unite and develop steadily.
Enterprises need a solid foundation for sustainable development.
The company has planned to build a synthetic leather eco industrial park in Jiangsu and has collected 2000 mu of land.
They will cooperate with international companies in a highly strategic layout and vision.
For example, water based synthetic leather has been contacted with industry experts such as Korea and the United States, and has begun to discuss cooperation intentions.
In addition, in the aspect of TPU synthetic leather, we intend to introduce hot melt adhesive equipment and thin film equipment from Korea to produce TPU synthetic leather for NIKE, ADIDAS and other high grade shoemaking production.
The first phase of the Industrial Park 113 Mu starting area has started construction.
On the other hand, Ao Chang also has more efforts to train talents.
Some enterprises find that others have talents, but they try every means to "dig corners", but we never do so.
Ao Chang is more willing to cultivate talents from his factory.
Because digging up talents eventually leads to vicious competition, and fostering their own talents will form their core strength and cohesion.
"When you dig up somebody else at a high price, you can get rid of others at the same price.
