Johnson pointed out that Mexico's indictment submitted to WTO said that in 2008 and 2009, the price of Chinese denim was 28 cents per square meter, which did not even contain denim fabrics.

Johnson said that China's exports hurt the textile producers of Mexico and the United States because they deprived Mexico and the United States of the urgent need for sales and production.
