Xinhui Leather Chemical Plant Co., Ltd., one of the approved contractors, is not only a high-tech enterprise in Guangdong province but also a private technology enterprise in the province. It has undertaken many national science and technology tackling projects, and is one of the important experimental bases for production, learning and research in the leather industry. It is also one of the five drafting units of the compulsory national standard for leather and fur harmful substances limits.
