Topic content and scope of application


This standard specifies the classification, technical requirements, testing methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, pportation and storage of leather shoes outsole.


This standard applies to natural rubber, synthetic rubber, thermoplastic elastomer, rubber and plastics and other materials made of the outsole, not suitable for acid, alkali, oil, leather shoes and other outsole.

3. product classification


3.1 are divided into male, female and child outsole.

4. technical requirements


4.1 the thickness shall conform to the regulation of Table 1.

5. test method


5.1 the maximum mutual deviation and the appearance quality of each part of the thickness and the double outsole (film) should be mainly based on measuring tools and combined with perception.


5.2 the folding resistance test is carried out according to the regulations of GB3904, the pre cut 5mm is continuously flexed 40 thousand times.


5.3 wear resistance measurement is carried out according to GB3905 regulations.


5.4 hardness is measured according to the GB531 method. The bottom of the micropore is tested by the Shahr W hardness tester, and the non microporous bottom is tested by the Shahr A hardness tester.


5.5 compression deformation performance is determined according to GB4495 regulations.


5.6 tear strength is determined according to GB530 regulations.


6. inspection rules


6.1 factory inspection (or delivery inspection)


6.1.1 the appearance quality inspection of the finished products should be carried out by double (film). According to this standard, 4.1, 4.2 and 4.3 are qualified products.


When the physical and mechanical properties of 6.1.2 products are tested, 3 pairs of 20 thousand pairs (less than 20 thousand pairs of 20 thousand pairs of meters) are extracted, which conform to the 4.4 provision of this standard as qualified products. If there is a non-conformity requirement, the sample is allowed to be doubled, and the item is retested. If the item still does not meet the requirements, it will be classified as unqualified.

During pportation, avoid sun and rain, and not stack with oil, acid, alkali and fuel.


7.4 storage


The warehouse should be ventilated and dry. The finished product should be 0.2mm away from the ground and wall, away from the heat source 0.2m, and the storage period is 6 months.
