In The First Quarter There Was A Large Gap In The Employment Of Garments Shoes And Hats And Textile And Knitting Industry In Fujian.

The Labor Department of Fujian announced the supply and demand of labor market in the first quarter of this year.

The result shows that compared with the period after the Spring Festival, the contradiction between supply and demand of labor market has been alleviated, but the problem of shortage of labor still exists.

At present, the industry is still mainly concentrated in clothing, shoes and hats, textile knitting, electronic assembly, catering services and other labor-intensive industries.

Manufacturing industry has the largest amount of employment.

The analysis shows that the top three industries in the first quarter are demand for manufacturing, residential services and other services, wholesale and retail businesses, and the proportion of total demand is shown in Figure 1.

Three jobs are badly needed.

The analysis shows that the labor gap of the three types of work in Fujian province is large: tailoring sewing workers, textile knitwear and dyeing workers, footwear manufacturers, and the market registration gap is 79891, 13791 and 10516, respectively, with a total gap of more than 100 thousand, as shown in Figure two.
