In terms of retail sales, the retail sales of clothing, shoes and hats and knitted fabrics increased steadily. The retail sales amounted to 14433 billion yuan in 2016, accounting for 9.95% of the total retail sales of consumer goods above the limit.

Entering the 2017, with the withdrawal of TPP from the US, China's textile industry began to warm up, and the textile industry added value growth rate rose gradually month by month. In the textile, printing and dyeing, chemical fiber, clothing, knitting, home textiles and other industries, the automation and intelligent production, online process and quality monitoring, automatic pportation packaging, intelligent storage, intelligent management are the main features of the digital and intelligent chemical plant (workshop) demonstration.

Through intelligent production and integration of information management, improve labor productivity and product quality stability.

The labor productivity of the pilot project of intelligent manufacturing increased by more than 30%, the product development and production cycle shortened by more than 20%, and the defective product rate dropped by 30%.

3, cultivate and develop mass customization.

The standard of garment measurement method should be formulated to promote the establishment of human body database and the standard of garment size, and improve the accuracy and practicability of 3D body measurement, garment 3D visualization and simulation technology.

We encourage the construction of information interaction platform for consumers and production enterprises, collaborative supply platform of industrial chain, and promote customization and mass customization in clothing and home textile industry, directly connect with consumer demand, and use industrial means to produce personalized products.

Secondly, in order to better and faster promote the application of intelligence and digitalization in China's textile industry, the Ministry of industry and Commerce has published a list of intelligent manufacturing pilot demonstration projects from 2015, covering various fields, among which the textile industry is also one of the key projects.

Now, over the past three years, many enterprises have also made achievements.

The pilot project of garment customization of Qingdao red collar group is one of the first batch of intelligent manufacturing pilot projects. Nowadays, the personalized dressing platform of red collar group has been able to realize the information and intelligence of the whole process, integrate the information technology such as Internet and Internet of things into mass production, and create flexible and personalized products on a pipeline.
