A&F Makes Great Changes In Brand Leadership Team.

Since January 2014, A&F has been changing and investors are seeking better corporate governance. So the former CEO Michael Jeffries left the office at the end of last year and was replaced by Arthur Martinez.

Earlier this year, A&F also announced the abandonment of naked men's marketing strategy and hiring all American salesmen no longer overly concerned about the appearance of candidates and whether they were American.

These two measures constitute a more important change in the company.

Other flagship sexy marketing brands also take similar measures, such as American Apparel.

"These changes have ensured that we are concerned about customer needs and promote a more inclusive working environment," wrote Angelides, President of A&F brand, in a letter to regional and district managers.

Hollister's brand executive, Fran Horowitz, sent similar letters.

A few days ago, Abercrombie & Fitch Co. announced the list of its core brand leadership team.

The list includes at least six new users, including the highly respected designer Aaron Levine, who previously served as deputy general manager of the men's clothing design department at Club Monaco, and has joined A&F menswear as the chief designer.

Christos Angelides, the brand president of Abercrombie kids, said the new leadership team took office. "Especially when our brand pformation is in progress, these changes will greatly push us forward."

In addition to Aaron Levine, Kurt Hoffman, who joined A&F in March and served as general manager of menswear department, was previously a senior director of menswear sales department in Club Monaco.

In terms of women's wear, Stacie Beaver has been promoted to the general manager of women's clothing department. Stacie has worked in A&F for over 15 years, and has had various high-level experience; Kristina Szasz has been appointed the chief designer of A&F ladies' wear department.

Before joining the company at the end of September, Kristina worked in PVH Corp. as design director, helping Karl Lagerfeld and Tommy Hilfiger complete the cowboy design section.

Amy Sveda was appointed general manager of Abercrombie kids in May. She helped Carter 's Inc. revitalize the company's brand OshKosh.

Monica Margerum joined A&F at the beginning of this month to undertake the brand planning of A&F and Abercrombie kids. She came from Kohl s, who was a senior vice president for youth and children planning.
